Cinderella: A letter arrives

Well that went well! If you are seeing this page, it means that your email is on its way.

I usually respond to emails and messages within the same day. If I don't, your email may have been caught in a spam catcher or the server went down or some bad computer/Internet thing happened. I don't answer the phone if I'm working on tile, but leave a phone number and a good time to call and I'll get back to you.

Get a Confirmation Mail

If you placed an order, you should receive an automatic email within the next few days acknowledging that your order has shipped. I always do this, usually within a day or two. If you don't get an email within three days, there's a problem.

Save the email until your order arrives. U.S. order emails will contain the tracking number. International global priority orders will contain a tracking number, international first class will contain a customs number rather than a tracking number. On international orders, the U.S. postal service tracks your package as far the date the package leaves the U.S. but does not track in other country. You should receive your package in a reasonable amount of time either way.

Waiting... Tracking... Waiting....

Perhaps you are wondering what a reasonable amount of time is. So are we. We always ship within a day or two, never ever more than five days. Yet some packages, even to the same country, can vary in shipping time by weeks, and even more so during the holidays. If it gets three weeks out, after shipping, and your package still has not arrived, let us know and we will send you off a replacement order. We have only ever had to do this twice, and both times the original order did now up after the replacement order had arrived.
